Zourouna is proud to announce that they will be performing at the 2018 Melbourne Rebetiko Festival. This will be one not to be missed as it will be held at one and only Melbourne Recital Hall. Click here to grab your tickets and for further information.
In collaboration with the City of Monash, Zourouna will be presenting a 45 minute set of traditional and timeless tunes from the Middle East, Turkey, and Greece to mention a few. The Melbourne Based Band will be feature as a four piece and will be joined by extroadinary qanun player Cuneyt Cakmak. It's a community event so please come along and enjoy the music and maybe even have a dance.
Zourouna has the privelege of performing at this wonderful event once again. This time they will be a four piece line up and will ensure to get you up and dancing. Tickets can be obtained at the door if you miss the deadline for online purchases. Looking forward to seeing you all there.
Zourouna will be performing at the Oakleigh Glendi 2016. This is a festival that has about 30,000 people come visit it throughout the weekend and will be featuring Zourouna as a Melbourne Quartet and joined by special guest Simon Starr on double bass. They will be bringing you Middle Eastern, Greek and Eastern Mediterranean tunes. There will be many other amazing Melbourne based bands and lots of entertainment. See you there!!

Zourouna will be performing at the Shir Madness festival. We will be showcasing traditional tunes in Hebrew for our one hour set. We will also have the opportunity to preview a couple of songs that will be performed at the PBS studio (106.7 FM) on Sunday the 30th of August so make sure you tune in! Zourouna will be performing live at Melbourne's Assiut and Tie Bellydance Club starring world leading contemporary belly dancer, Rachel Brice (US).
Zourouna has been invited to perform 2 hours of pre-match entertainment for three matches at the Australian Asia Cup 2015 at AAMI Park in Melbourne. The Asia Cup is the largest soccer sporting event ever held in Australia. We will be performing a variety of percussion demonstrations and compositions along with our Persian and Middle Eastern repertoire. The dates and times for performances will be as follows:
Sunday 11th of January - Bahrain vs Iran - 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Wednesday 14th of January - Saudi Arabia vs Korea DPR- 4:00pm - 6:00pm
Sunday 18th of January - Saudi Arabia vs Uzbekistan- 6:00pm - 8:00pm
